When you use our enquiry form or email us, you may provide your name, company, role, email address, phone number, facility location, and details about your electricity consumption and premises. You choose what to send.
Our enquiry form does not transmit data to our servers or to any third-party form service — it opens your own email application with the details composed, and you decide whether to send it. Once you send it, we hold that email.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (city or region level), device type, and how you arrived. This uses cookies and similar technologies. IP addresses are handled by Google in accordance with its own policies; we do not use this data to identify individuals.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal if you want one
- To understand which parts of the site are useful, so we can improve them
- To comply with legal or regulatory obligations that apply to us
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we may share it with

- Correct and complete — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated.
- Erase — have your data deleted where we have no continuing legal or contractual reason to retain it.

We acknowledge grievances on receipt and aim to resolve them promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, or we do not respond, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India established under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, in the manner prescribed under that Act and its rules.
